If you're running openSuSE 10.x you might need the:

php5-gettext-5.2.0-x.rpm

I reseached a bit further and I come across this error in apache's error log.. PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function bindtextdomain() in /srv/www/eccentric/admin/public_html/xerxes-frontend/index.php on line 74 I'm not an expert in php sp I don't know how to fix it but it's bad when there are fatal errors, right?
