You could write a temp file, then send the temp file:

blat tempfile [other options]

Or, if the string is static, you could use a fixed name and send that, or
stuff your options into a file and use the "-@ filename" option in 1.9.4f
(unofficial).

I can post an example in Perl if you are interested. problem sending "-to does not exist"

I am using blat against an Exchange 2000 Server and it consistently gives me the error "-to does not exist". I have installed it as recommended in the documentation, tried to send to several smtp addresses (both local and remote to the Exchange 2000 Server)and tried using it on both a Windows XP and 2000 Pro client. I can ping and have full network connectivity to the server but I know blat isn't even making it off the client because nothing shows in the SMTP logs on the Exchange 2000 box. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Matt Carney MattCarney@xxxxxxxxx Matt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------ Yahoo!
