Macam + Logitech Quickcam Messenger

Hi,

I've just tried Macam 0.87 on my OSX and Logitech Quickcam Messenger. The camera
works pretty well. The problem was sound. after googling around, I got it to
work using the AppleUSBAudio.kext. So now mic works using the system prefs. The
problem is that they only work individually, i.e. I can't use both camera AND
mic at the same time... i believe it's because once a usb driver(either macam or
appleusbaudio) takes over for the device, the other can't do anything.

maybe i'm missing something here, but any advice is appreciated.
