Adding Intel CS330 Support (SPCA501A)

Hi all. Here is the deal. I just graduated with a CS degree and I'm  
searching for a job. Until I get one, I've got tons of free time and  
would love to do some hacking. I have a Intel Create and Share Camera  
model CS330 that has the SPCA501A chipset in it. So basically, I have  
everything I should need to get things working with a little elbow  
grease (with some help).

So what I'm after is some guidance. How do I go about doing this?  
What do I do first?

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
