font display problems: msg#00000macosx.camino.general
I have two problems when using Camino, which may be related: 1.) Plain text documents and <pre> or <code> blocks get rendered in my chosen proportional font, not my fixed width (monospace) font. 2.) When typing text into multi-line text fields in online forms that use a proportional font, the insert cursor gets displaced relative to the actual insertion point, so that it is very difficult to edit the text! My default proportional font is "Lucida Grande, 14pt" and monospace is "Lucida Sans Typewriter, 14pt". Does anyone experience these? James
