[Bug 617] New: GuV - Position Umsatzsteuer 7%

Beim Buchen mit "Umsatzsteuer 7%" wird in der GuV die Summe der Steuern
fälschlicherweise in der Zeile für "Außerordentliche Erträge" ausgewiesen (bzw.
der Fehler ist in diesem Formular sichtbar).
Der Fehler liegt in der DB-Tabelle "chart". Für "Umsatzsteuer 7%" ist
pos_eur='5' sollte aber pos_eur='6' sein.

Die Lösung ist:
"UPDATE chart SET pos_eur='6' where id='56'"
sofern die chart-Instanz mit der "Umsatzsteuer 7%" die id=56 hat.

kann das jemand in die Entwickleversion übernehmen.
