You can check out tool ( log4Net  Viewer)  that I developed at
http://www.devintelligence.com/Log4NetViewer/ 
Log4Net Viewer is a GUI log viewer and filter for the Log4Net library. By 
default it listens for LoggingEvent objects sent using the UdpAppender and 
displays them in a table. Also it suports filters .
Right now it doesn't support viewing files , but in next version it will be
added

Thanks! for providing me the below information but my requirement is : not
only I should be able to view my log files through viewer but also I want to
do all types of filtering while viewing.
For e.g I want to view only those messages from log file which has severity
"Error" . such kind of filters I should be able to apply on log files while
viewing it through viewer.

Hi,
my favourite is baretail, you can find it at: http://www.baremetalsoft.com/.
But in Principle any tail-like software will do, I guess.

I am currently using RollingFileAppender for my C# application, is there any
tool(written in .net) that can be used to view logfile of
RollingFileAppender.
