trouble applying the 2.01 patches

I downloaded the 2.0 version then applied all the patches for 2.0
which went well. When I applied the patch for Clos and structures I
get errors. In addition, the README.txt indicates a file called
defstruct.lisp but the directory itself contains structures.lisp. My
errors are indicated below.

Second issue: After the patches are applied, shouldn't the start up
message reflect the new patch level when the IDE starts up?
