The attached message, if I haven't fouled things up too badly with
MIME, contains a patch from Miles Egan for the copy of the same code
in net-telent-date (SBCL module). Probably needs to be applied by
hand.

net-telent-date doesn't seem to like times of the format:

The attached patch seems to fix it.
