Can you try again with version 18e or perhaps a CVS binary or
snapshot? There were quite a few compiler bugs fixed in 18e. Also,
didn't you report a bug in atan2 a while back? I don't think that was
fixed until recently in some CVS binary.

I don't know enough about the compiler to figure out anything from the
backtrace, unfortunately.
