CL-HTTP patches thru 70.162 use LISP mode and
ansi-common-lisp syntax, however patches starting with
70.163 use LISP mode and common-lisp syntax! This
causes the patches starting with 70.163 to have
massive unexported symbols, etc.
Also, it would be nice to have the devo code packaged
for the LISP machines.
