I would like to be able to write lisp code that generates images that
can be viewed with a web browser and that include 'hot spots' that go
to different pre-specified URLs when clicked on. The closest I have
seen is gif.lisp in the cl-http contrib directory, but it is very low
level code (e.g. no support for writing text) and does not seem to
support hot spots. Is anything else available?
