write the date and the time with CL-HTTP

     I don't know which function use to write the date and the time 
(2004-05-25 13:31:29), with Cl-http. I've used the function 
(get-universal-time), but no possible:
CL-USER 16 : 6 > (get-universal-time)
3294473245
