What do you mean by "integrated into the server"?
At the simplest level this is trivial, since all you need to do is load
the Lisp expert system shell of your choice into the server and then it
is "integrated." You would still need to hook up any external web
interfaces, such as forms, with that shell to get any results, but that
would be true of any other server with a rule engine.
