And you are referring to cq-tools here now or some other quotatools.
In debian there are the packages 'quota' and 'quotatool' already but
I can see no reference to ctx or vserver in them.

Yes possible. But I do not think I can do that before the release. And
actually I have never used quota in a vserver. I use LVM and have not
had the need for so precise quota. :)
