To the best of my knowledge these are Windows only.

The UPnP SDK for Linux does not come with equivalent tools, but with
modest effort they can be written, and I have done similar things in the
past, however it's command line only, not GUI.

But if you have a Windows box available you can run either the Intel
tools or the UPnP examples provided in the Windows SDK (which listens
for all device announcments, shows their descriptions, state status, and
allows you call methods on the device.

This is nothing inherent about Linux or Windows in when it comes to
browsing UPnP devices, tools running on either OS should in theory
produce identical results.
