This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 2440 and 3156) Most of the time I try to send a message, kmail pops up a dialog that
asks if
I forgot to include an attachment. It happens most of the time but not
always. What triggers this? Is there a way to disable it as it usually
guesses wrong?
