Hows things? Going "fine" as usual?
I'm fairly new guy to Linux as a developer, so just outta curiousity...
Are there any alternatives or equivalents to the following popular apps?
Web Development/Graphics
1.Macromedia Director, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.
2.Adobe Photoshop CS
Multimedia
1.Picasa2 powered by Google ;)
OS
1.That cool magnifying glass rollover thingy from OSX
2.That smart metal look n feel found on OSX
Music - Practical
1.Bass guitar prog like eMediaBass
FORMAT to show alternatives: Alternative(s) : No. App
eg. XMMS, Amarok : 1.Winamp
If you have other favourites please add to the list, it would be nice to build a list of alternatives
that everyone can use to convince their buddys that Kubuntu isn't a waist of time.
..please remember to add ure favourites to catergories.
