ottimo, qui dice che ciò succede quando il kernel e il modulo sono
compilati con versioni diverse del compilatore. 

puoi vedere con che versione del compilatore (è il gcc di solito) è
stato compilato il kernel facendo 

$ cat /proc/version
Linux version 2.6.10-5-powerpc (buildd@adare) (gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian
1:3.3.5-8ubuntu2)) #1 Tue Apr 5 12:44:32 UTC 2005

nel mio caso è compilato con il gcc versione 3.3.5

a questo punto posso specificare che compilatore usare nel modo
seguente :

$ make CC=gcc-3.3 

(prima fai 'make clean' così cancelli il risultato della precedente
compilazione e riparti da zero) 

PS: se non avessi il gcc-3.3 basta installarlo, il pacchetto ha lo
stesso nome.
