It's my personal opinion that if possible, we combine the Ubuntu and
Debian (and possibly also indlinux, being represented in the form of
debian-in) into one single project day.

Elucidate. Please post a list of things you think you need to talk
about, since that'll not only help present the proposal, but also help
people prepare in advance.

Gutsy is released some time in October, so I'd assume you're talking
of Gutsy+1. FOSS.in IIRC is sometime in early December.

In what form ? Contributions in the form of code, bug triaging,
localisation, all require different focus areas.
