Ich bin kein Experte, aber falls Du die Rechte auf device-Basis ändern
willst, wäre /etc/udev/permissions.d/udev.permissions wohl der richtige
Ort. Hier werden global die Rechte für die Device-Gruppen vergeben.
Geht es immer noch um Probleme beim CD-brennen?
