If you look on the home page

http://www.edubuntu.org/

there are two links.  

1. "Download" 
   If you have sufficient bandwidth and equipment you can download and burn
   a cd
2. "Shipit: Free CDs" 
   If you cannot do [1], you can get a CD sent out to you.

I'm not sure there ever was a 5.5, but that could be 6.06, 5.04 or 5.10.
If it's either of the 5.XXs, I'd strongly suggest you upgrade at least to
6.06.  A similar cd service for ubuntu exists:
