The windows command you are looking for is: BOOTCFGUse this command for boot configuration and recovery. This command has the following options:
bootcfg /add bootcfg /rebuild bootcfg /scan bootcfg /list I would try scan, rebuild or add. Although, I have not done this in a while. However this will most likely get rid of edubuntu or suse.
