Subject:	partities manupileren in Kubuntu?

Beste Kubuntu gebruikers,

Tijdens de installatie van Kubuntu 5.10 naast win98 ben ik een stuk (20
GB) van de Fat32 partitie kwijtgeraakt. Dit kwam doordat ik de handmatige
partitie-aanwijzer tijdens de installatie van Kubuntu eerst niet doorhad.
Nu wil ik de partitie terug opnemen als Fat32.
Welk programma in Kubuntu gebruik ik daar best voor, zonder gegevens te
verliezen?

In Konqueror kan ik bestanden aanpassen als root (acties - edit as root),
door mijn eigen login paswoord in te typen. Als ik echter in een terminal
als su (superuser) wil werken, neemt hij mijn paswoord niet aan. Welk
paswoord moet ik dan invullen?
