RFC: bounties

Hi all,

As my beloved distro Ubuntu is also included in bounties, I'd not want
to exclude you guys. I'd like everybody who has a couple of seconds time
to take a look at this site: http://braindump.lambda1.be/

If you have remarks/suggestions, please add them to the wiki page, or
send em to me, they would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to make this
as kick-ass as possible, so that everybody can enjoy it.
