Politics and GNU/Linux

Greetings one and all,

This is an appropriate forum for our previous discussions in the thread
'Ubuntu & the underdeveloped world'. Of course, the 'Community Chat'
list is also appropriate, but we can always reference to discussions
made here from other lists.
