Please respect the maintainer field while merging: msg#00201

Subject: Please respect the maintainer field while merging
Do to recent events a few days ago:

If you are doing a merge, please have a look at the maintainer field. If
the field is NOT ubuntu-motu-nLRlyDuq1AZFpShjVBNYrg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, AND you
know that the
person that is in the maintainer field is involved in ubuntu
development, please make sure that you contact the person before you
start working on the merge.

In that case, it is quite likely that the person put himself deliberately
in the Maintainer field, and has some local changes.

Other way round: If you don't want to be annoyed with random people
contacting you about a package, make sure that you update the maintainer
field of your package according to our MaintainerFieldSpec.

Thanks for your attention.
