Bug fix for 74262

Here's a fix for 74262.  Just a ui.rc file update for 
adept/manager/adept_managerui.rc.

I kept the sources editor menu entry in the Adept menu, and removed it from 
the View menu.  I thought it made more sense there.  Feel free to disagree.
