Dapper screensaver: Mild security risk

Dear all,

Like many people I "upgraded" to KDE 3.5.3 on my dapper, and up to now the 
problem with the screensaver not starting automatically has not been 
backported. Since most people rely on the SS to lock their session when 
they're away for their station, I would flag this annoyance as a (mild) 
security risk... 

So, since Dapper is a LTS, I think it would be nice to have the problem 
corrected.

Any comment?
