What you need is just "pre-seeding" d-i itself includes all ( most )
translations.
BTW. soon (hope end of this week) the click-your-own-CD webfonted is
ready for an first beta-test. It's a WEBfontend where you can upload your own
files,desktop-background,splashes, define your language and add or remove
packages to your CD. After submitting all values it needs about 8-9 minutes
to build the image, you got notified by mail where you can download it.
If you're interessted for an beta-test feel free contact me in private.
Codereview, other help you're welcome. The final version will be under GPL,
feel free to setup you own buildsystem.
