Add patch to remove the hated konqueror hang on selection.

I'll open a bug on this if requested, by now I'd like to hear your 
suggestions. And sorry if this was already discussed before. :D

There's an hated bug in konqueror+clipboard reported in 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80072.

This bug has a lot of duplicates as it's very annoying. The patch is a little 
hack but on kde-packager ML the kde developers suggested all the packagers to 
apply it. The real fix cannot be done in the current qt implementation but 
it's already fixed in qt4.

A lot of other distros already implement this patch (gentoo has it from some 
months without any reported problem)

This is one of the patches that can be taken from kde cvs under the "qt-copy" 
module. I'll attach it and it applies cleanly to both qt 3.3.3 and 3.3.4.

I think that a lot of users will be very happy to see this bug fixed.
