Hi,

The following (binary) packages are all scheduled to be demoted to
universe.  Please confirm this is OK?

   o kandy
   o kcoloredit
   o kdat
   o kdelirc
   o kdessh
   o kdf
   o kdict
   o kdvi
   o kedit
   o kfax
   o kget
   o khexedit
   o kiconedit
   o kjots
   o korn
   o kpovmodeler
   o kruler
   o ksirc
   o ksysv
   o ktimer
   o kviewshell

Also, kdesdk (source) wants to be promoted to main both as a
build-depend of kdewebdev and via quanta depending on libcvsservice0.

Should kdesdk, kdewebdev and quanta all be in main?  

Finally, if kdesdk is going to be promoted to main it's dependency on
libdb4.0 is going to need to be fixed.
