To make it recognisable who is who. For example when catching up on IRC logs
anyone who does not directly know the members and their respective nicks
could then refer to that. :)
Just think of it as people add what nicks they are on their personal pages
(FirstnameLastname), all added to the ArtTeam page, for quick and easy
reference.
