Is it supposed the pager stays on the desktop in KDE4 RC2+, in S11.0-A-0?

Hi,

RC2+ runs very smooth, crashing apps; until now only Konqueror, while
trying to gt a LAN connection. BUG # 350272.

The pager does not freeze the desktop anymore, but can only be put on
the desktop.
Is there a way to put it on the taskbar?
Dragging it directly from the widget-window is not an option here.
