Ok, and mrdocs just reported on IRC that 

[10:48] <mrdocs> trying to upgrade kdelibs4  error: Can't install 
kdelibs4-3.97.0-5.7@i586: no package provides not

"is" and "not" - something's output is (hehe) not (i'm so funny) being parsed 
correctly.  Is this with stable?
