NFS over NAT: msg#00129linux.region.israel
Hi list. Having this problem here - I'm trying to mount an NFS export to a computer behing a NAT. rpc.mountd refuses the connection and complains about an illegal port (41028, and it changes for each request). now, I don't really have control of the masquerading machine - its running WinGate no Windows and I can't change the setup. I thought about setting up a VPN, but I'd like to know first if I can setup NFS to allow mount from a NATed port ? -- Oded ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to linux-il-request-Xh+NVF5n0LIQhDRD3CWCHA@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail linux-il-request-Xh+NVF5n0LIQhDRD3CWCHA@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
