not installing redhat-lsb in 5.2

Hello...

   rhel 5.2 kickstart installs now require the redhat-lsb package
( which is a change from rhel 5.1).  For me, this installs a bunch of
packages I do not want installed, e.g. cups.  Within my  ks.cfg file I
have : -redhat-lsb \n -redhat-lsb.i386 \n -redhat-lsb.x86_64 , but it
still gets installed.  The console output ( F4?) does not show anything
requiring it.   Which files define where this is required?  And does
anyone at RedHat know why this change happened?
