Believe me dude this is the same problem( not even same!! it was exact ditto). I recommend you to configure your resolv.conf as others have told me. Its in etc/resolv.conf. Doesnt your browser say that it can't resolve the given website ? I am pretty much sure it is same as my problem. pppd and radius authentication

Hi All,Please I am looking for a script to use to view who is connected to a linux PPP server. Since the server authenticates via radius it is impossible for me to see who is online via the "who" or "w" commands ( i think :-) I came across somer scripts long ago that might have satisfied my requirements but i can't find them anymore? Please any ideas/solutions are very welcome.Also I am testing the PPP server at the moment and sometimes it seems when a user is disconnected the pppd daemon does not get killed and thus the modem (serial device ) stays busy.Looking at my inittab entries below, is it that I need to give the mgetty some extra arguments to enable better management of the pppd sessions?I have a four port Digi Model 2977 DialFire BRI RAS adapter card.I intend to put 4 of them (total of 32lines) on the ppp server. I am using the RPM driver that came with the card.Thanks.
