gecko-mediaplayer is a firefox browser plugin that uses gnome-mplayer to
playback embedded web media. I am the author of mplayerplug-in and
gecko-mediaplayer/gnome-mplayer are newer versions of mplayerplug-in and should
be very close to feature compatible.
