Confirmed: RPM building now works for docs-common and
example-tutorial. Great work, Paul! I'll consider it as a late
Christmas present ;-)
The "example-tutorial/Makefile" is ugly; once this stabilizes a bit,
we can work on migrating it to either "docs-common/Makefile.common"
or some separate shell scripts. That should be trivial, I think.
Major milestone, here. Take the rest of the year off...
