Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Yes, I wrote the thing. It got a little bit of review within the project, but
was never passed through Legal or given a final go-ahead. I still feel like
it would be useful to get that review and implement the policy.

With that established policy, the requirements left for smolt are greatly
reduced. It would then need only to list what data is being submitted and
under what jurisdiction the data will be managed, pointing to the overall
policy for the rest.
