So, if openmotif doesn't change their licensing soon, who can/will pull
the trigger to remove openmotif from Fedora?
IMO, it would be better to remove it sooner rather than later (who
knows, maybe that'll speed the relicensing effort).

Since we have a number of dependencies, moving into Fedora Extras as a
intermediate step would be better than just dropping it.
