I checked termination, cabling, drive, power and SCSI. Everything looks good. I've one more strange observation. When I tried to make raid matrix with 4 or 5 disk is o,k.. But 6 disks doesn't work. I've 120 GB IBM Dekstar disks. For instance two matrix by 4 disk is failed too.
