RAIDTOOL Linux source code.

Hi,

I downloaded the raidtools version 1.00.3 and recompiled for mips but it
can find the file "popt" at the link stage.
Can someone point me to where I can obtain this librabry source file? I
need this command be suppoted in Linux OS version 20021114 for mips
(i.e. Kernel 2.4.20pre6). I'm using mips toolchain v.2.5.11.
