Subject: Re: CD printing to R300

The CVS code seems to work well with the correct alignment for me
from within the plugin. Good work! I also was able to get it to work
with glabels by specifying a page size of 4.5694"x4.5694", which I
gleaned from the ppd file. I've attached a new glabels template, which
is independent of specific tray geometry, leaving the proper translation
to the driver, as was requested. I note that it still may be useful to
be able to use the manual feed and A4 paper in applications which do not
allow custom page sizes.

One more note. The driver appears to mask out the hub of anything that
is printed to the CD. Many manufacturers are making DVDs that are
hub-printable. That is, you can print all the way to the edge of the
hole. Can an option be added use the hole radius as the masking radius
(15mm as opposed to 43mm) (Line 2361 of print-escp2.c)?
I editted the source manually and verified that changing to 15mm
allows printing right up to the hole. Another glabels template for
hub-printable CDs/DVDs is attached. This time, when added to your
.glabels directory, they are categorized under "Other" since it's a
custom page size.

Thanks again,
Ken
