5.0 beta 2

I propose that we postpone 5.0 beta 2 for a few weeks (it was
scheduled for this weekend) to allow issues with the OS X installer
for beta 1 to surface.  As another alternative, we could add another
beta build.

There's relatively little new functionality in the repository since
beta 1:

1) Print to CD on more Epson printers (this one is fairly high
   demand)

2) Manual feed slot on Epson printers

3) "Predithered" dither algorithm

4) Support for Olympus P200, P440

5) Bug fixes for various Olympus-type printers

6) GIMP 2.0 plugin installs correctly

7) Change in printers.xml (not user visible)

I'm planning to start work on the Epson R800 printer tonight or this
weekend now that CD printing is working correctly.
