Using your patch with Media Source set to "Manual", I was able to
print correctly to the CD using glabels, with the attached template
I created. Other users might have similar success. This seems to
be a pretty reasonable option now. Thanks! For any users who
might like to use the template, put it in your .glabels directory.
When you run glabels, you should be able to find the template under
the A4 paper size list. Note printers which use Tray type 1 will
have a little different geometry.

That's why I don't want to allow anything but the actual CD sizes to
be printed using the CD setting. If someone creates CD artwork, it
should print identically on any CD printer, without having to be moved
around.
