Applies cleanly to 5B1 (couldn't be bothered with CVS).

Works like a charm with my templates, had to set "Media Size" to CD
and paper source to "Manual Feed".

This is on an R300? Did you need to change the offsets to 399, 394 or
did the offsets already in the file work correctly?

If this is the case, I'd like to understand why two different R300's
are yielding very different results.
