libgimpprintui2 curve widgets

I've added the GTK+ GtkCurve and GtkGammaCurve widgets to
libgimpprintui2, renamed to StpuiCurve and StpuiGammaCurve
respectively.  I also had to include some other bits, to generate the
Glib enums required, which is still a bit messy (the list of headers
is manually duplicated in both include/gimp-print-ui2/Makefile.am and
src/libgimpprintui2/Makefile.am).

This should now let us do things not possible previously, such as
supporting editing of LPCs, and also we can make the widget use double
rather than float, saving unnecessary conversions to and from the
format used in stp_curve_t.  I don't have the knowledge to implement
the LPC part myself, though.
