I see, however...
I prefer not to recognize Microsoft's 'right' to monitor
how I touch or use my xbox.

Once it has been sold to me, I want to be the one who decides
what stickers are my box, and what microsoft gets to know about
my usage of this box. I did not lease the box, I bought it.
